Refund policy

Any customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged. We do accept cancellations if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your custom order. After 24 hours, we may be able to accommodate limited changes within a timespan of placing your order, please contact us at info@tinkerinmetalart.com. 

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being made to order.

Please understand that all signs in this store are custom, and custom items, by nature, have imperfections. Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item may look a little different from the next.

Stock items may be returned by incurring the return shipping cost.  Customer must initiate return within 7 days after receipt of item as shown on shipping tracking.
